On the Loose

So I’m at the physio for my shoulder, then there was this epic day.
It was 45knots with 3mtr waves rolling in…I couldn’t let this day go by without riding this amazing setting.
I went out and did some of the biggest loops in my life.

It felt insane, until I dropped out of the sky after a big loop.
I landed right on this weird back lip of a wave and I felt something was wrong.
My leg was hurting like nothing else, I dragged back to the beach and couldn’t really walk on my left ankle.
Oh shit, my ligament felt strange and I knew I was out for at least a month.
My physio couldn’t believe it.
